You must be 18 or over and legally able to agree to these terms. By using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Your details must be true, and every photo must be a real, recent photo of you. Staff review each profile before it goes live, and may refuse or remove any profile. Confirming a payment does not guarantee publication.

You remain the owner of your photos and words, and you let us show them on the site for as long as your profile is there.

What a person can see depends on their account and where they are browsing from, as set out in our Privacy Policy. From Kenya, you need a profile of your own to open other profiles, and profiles only open to foreigners stay closed whatever you have paid. From abroad, profiles are free to view, and a free account with a confirmed email shows contact details for up to 20 members a day.

Where you are browsing from is worked out from your internet connection, and it can occasionally be wrong.

• Local Dating: KSh 7,350, paid once.
• Silver Mixed Dating: KSh 16,500, paid once.
• Gold International & Relocation: KSh 27,500, paid once.

You pay by M-Pesa, and a person matches your payment before it’s activated. Packages have no monthly fee, renewal or expiry: they last for as long as your account stays open and we run the site. Upgrading costs the difference in price.

If we can’t accept a profile for a reason you can fix, we’ll tell you what to change. Profiles with fake photos or false details are removed without refund. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Kenyan consumer law.

• Fake profiles, other people’s photos, or pretending to be someone else.
• Asking anyone for money, airtime, gift cards, crypto or “visa fees”.
• Harassment, threats, or sharing someone’s photos or details without their permission.
• Selling sex or any other commercial services, or advertising to members.
• Collecting members’ details in bulk, by hand or with software, or getting around our limits or location rules.
• Anything illegal.

We check profiles by hand, but we can’t promise that everyone is who they say they are, and free accounts are not identity-checked. The ID verified badge means only that we saw a document. You choose who to contact and meet, so please read our safety guide. We don’t guarantee you’ll find a partner, a marriage, or a visa or relocation.

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard or account page. We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. If we do, or if you delete a paid account, the payment isn’t refunded unless the law requires it.

We provide the site as it is, and can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for what other users do, on the site or off it. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
